Here at Best App Site we regularly review and recommend the "Best" Apps on the App Store. The team thought it would be a good idea to give you some recommendations for some of the Best Apps for your New iPhone 4s. These recommendations are especially handy if this is your first iPhone.

CardStar

CardStar is an App that I use several times a week. It lets you store all of your frequent buyer club tags electronically on your iPhone. Once you arrive at the checkout line of say a CVS drugstore, just launch the App tap on your CVS card and the cashier can usually scan the barcode right on your iPhone. Also if you goto that location often you can even have CardStar remember it based on the Location and it will automatically bring up the right card.
Skype

Your iPhone 4s has a front facing camera and FaceTime. While I love the quality and integrated nature of FaceTime, I find that I don't use it as much as I would like to because it requires that both parties be on WiFi. If you're out and about and want to do a quick video chat and there is no WiFi you're out of luck. That's why I highly recommend Skype! Skype is universal, let's you talk and see other Skype users for Free, is great for making international calls to regular phone numbers and best of all it works over WiFi or 3G. You can of course Skype with people that using Skype on their computers or other platforms.
Reeder

Reeder is hands down my favorite RSS Reader for my daily news feeds. It syncs with my Google RSS feeds so that when I read a post on one device it's automatically marked read on all my other devices. Great sharing options built-in too.
Foursquare

Foursquare allows you to "check-in" to locations around the world and share those check-ins with your friends and family via social media or with other friends on Foursquare. It's one of my favorite ways to keep up with my buddies. The App has a simple easy to use interface and just works.

If you're a Facebook User then you're going to want the New Facebook App. Version 4 has a new interface and is finally a universal App for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. Great enhancements overall (yes there is still room for improvement), but it's better than its ever been before.
Starbucks

The Starbucks App let's you electronically store your Starbucks Card. You can reload it right in the App and even use the App to pay at the counter if the location has a scanner. It can track multiple cards and find the nearest Starbucks location.
AroundMe

AroundMe is an old favorite of mine. I travel for a living and often go to places for the 1st time for conventions and shows. Just last week I was in downtown Phoenix and wanted to know which restaurants were around me within walking distance. I fired up AroundMe and it showed me what was nearby and I was off and walking. It also integrates with the built-in Maps App and other navigation Apps such as Navigon to help you navigate to your found destination.
Dropbox

Dropbox is my FAVORITE cloud based storage and syncing service. While it's great to have my files and photos sync'd between my computers, it's even better that I can access those same files right from my iPhone and iPad. You can get 2GBs of Free Storage here and once you place files in your Dropbox you can use the Dropbox App to download and share those files right on your iPhone. You can also upload iPhone photos you've taken with your iPhone to Dropbox. Dropbox support is also integrated into several iOS App.
Scan

You've probably seeing QR codes like the one above, more and more. Scan is a free App for your iOS device that lets you use your iDevice camera and scan those codes. Depending on what the code is for, it will automatically process the code and take you where the code is directing you (usually a website). If you don't have an internet connection at the time it will even store the ones you've scanned for later review.
Flixter

Flixter has become my favorite general purpose "What's at the movies?" App. I can see what's playing at my favorite theater, show times and even buy tickets right in the App. After watching the movie I can rate it and have those ratings automatically appear on my Facebook page. Flixter can even tell you what's coming to DVD soon.
iTunes Movie Trailers

One of Apple's NEW Apps is the New iTunes Movie Trailers App. This beautifully designed App brings an easy to navigate and searchable way of viewing up coming movie trailers right on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. It's a free download and must have!
CardMunch

We all get business cards from people from time to time. If it's a contact that you really want to keep this usually means hand typing the information from the card into your contacts. I've reviewed various business card scanning Apps here in the past that allow you to take a picture of the card and then OCR it. However, CardMunch actually takes the picture and then uploads it to a LinkedIn run service where real people transcribe and proof the card before sending it back down to your device. Wow! It's also FREE!
Navigon

The built-in Maps App is cool, but lacks voice turn-by-turn directions. My favorite turn-by-turn GPS based navigation App is Navigon North America. If you don't need the whole country or Canada, you can go with one of their Regional Apps too. It's also a universal App for your iPad. See the rest of the Navigon Apps here for your area.
Camera+

Camera+ is a Camera App for your iPhone on steroids. It' can not only take the photo, but it gives you controls normally found only on high-end point & shoot cameras or DSLRs. You can also run a variety of Effects on the images you take all within the App.
Angry Birds

What's a Best Apps list without at least one game? If you're new to the iPhone then I'd have to say go with Angry Birds. It will offer hours of entertainment. It's addictive and has been one of the number one games on the App Store for several months.

Pandora Radio

Probably the best internet radio App available. Allows you to make custom "stations" based upon the music that YOU like.

Wildly popular image editing and social App. Apply one of several filters, add a circular or linear blur, then upload the image to your favorite social media site.

My favorite Twitter App comes from Twitter themselves. It has a smooth intuitive interface, with everything you find on the desktop twitter site.
Release me

For the Photographers out there, Release me is a very simple to use, easy to understand, and quick to do it's job and get out of the way App. Have your models sign their release and move on to shooting quickly with this awesome App.
Todo

A powerful, yet simple to use To Do App for the iPhone. Make todo lists, reminders, reoccurring notifications and much much more with this App. Keeps all of your to do items synced with your iPad and computer when using accompanying Apps on those devices
