Apple has today released iPhone OS 3.1.3 for both the iPhone and iPod Touch. The update contains both bug fixes and improvements, such as improved accuracy of the reported battery level on the iPhone 3GS, fix for a big that can cause apps to crash while using the Japanese Kana keyboard as well as resolves an issue that could cause third-party apps not to launch.

The update is available from within the iTunes software update view when you plug in your iPhone/iPod Touch.

The new Iphone update (3.1.3) appears to have gotten rid of the MMS feature on my 3GS phone.
Any one else having this problem??
